ARZEL is an independent hotel group that imagines, develops, and operates establishments with strong personalities. For over 10 years, we have been supporting hotel projects with a creative vision and a countercurrent approach to standardized models.
We work with investors, hotel owners, and project leaders looking to create or reposition an establishment with a strong identity and a solid business model.
Born in Nantes, the ARZEL group is gradually expanding its activity to other French cities. We now support projects in different regions, notably with recent development in Le Mans.
Our support covers the entire project: operational management, sales strategy, brand identity creation, and financial structuring. We are involved from the design phase to the operation.
ARZEL is not limited to consulting: we are also operators. This dual expertise allows us to provide concrete recommendations, based on real experience in the field and the daily challenges of the hotel industry.
