ARZEL operates three establishments in Nantes with a strong identity: Le Lieu Dit, a joyful third-place combining hotel, bar, and creative hall; Demain, a colorful and responsible hotel in Nantes' golden triangle; and Oldegar, a hotel-bar-music nestled between the Jardin des Plantes and the Nantes train station.
